I have more energy to do the things I like. My health has improved with activity and the weight loss. I overall feel better about myself, even though I still have a ways to go.

Losing 100lbs has been amazing! I have more confidence. I’m feeling healthier, more energized, more in tune with my body, happier, etc. I am more active with my kids and they have noticed my energy and weight loss!

After my first meeting I knew I could do this. They are amazingly supportive women and have helped me through all of my weight loss struggles. I’m healthier and couldn’t be happier!

My wife and I have now been going for 3 weeks now. What a difference it has been. We have had the best experience with all the Doctors and staff. They have been so positive in each of our journeys. I here about how it doesn’t work and it’s a waste of time and on and on. No diet plan will work unless you are willing to work it . Monarch is so much different then all the other places like WW , Tops , Jenny Craig , etc. Monarch is not a gathering place to talk about as a group what you did over the weekend and stuff like that . It’s a place that talks about the issues with weight loss on a one on one setting and how to overcome it. I have reclaimed my life , not the food…. I highly recommend it to anyone …. Thank you Monarch
