Forty-one-year-old Marla D. says she suffered from stomach problems and arthritis in one knee when she was 40 pounds heavier last year.

"The weight loss has made my knee 100 percent better, and I'm able to play tennis again and do other sports!"

Another benefit is shopping for new clothes. "Before starting Monarch, I hated to shop, but now I love to shop again."

Marla is currenly working on losing another 40 pounds.
